At this Saul shuddered, and fell at his full length on the ground, and was struck with horror at the words of Samuel, and there was no more any strength in him, for he had not eaten bread that whole day, and that whole night.

And Saul instantly fell at his full length upon the earth, and was greatly afraid because of the words of Samuel; and there was no longer any strength in him, for he had eaten no bread all that day, and all that night.

Καὶ ἔσπευσε Σαοὺλ καὶ ἔπεσεν ἑστηκὼς ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν, καὶ ἐφοβήθη σφόδρα ἀπὸ τῶν λόγων Σαμουὴλ, καὶ ἐν αὐτῷ οὐκ ἦν ἰσχὺς ἔτι, οὐ γὰρ ἔφαγεν ἄρτον ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν καὶ ὅλην τὴν νύκτα ἐκείνην.
