2 Chronicles 7:13

If I shut up heaven and there be no rain; or if I command the locust to devour the trees; or send a pestilence among My people;

If I should restrain the heaven and there should be no rain, and if I should command the locust to devour the trees, and if I should send pestilence upon my people;
