2 Kings 23:21

Then the king issued orders to all the people, saying, Celebrate the passover to the Lord our God, as it is written in the book of this covenant. For from the days of the Judges who judged Israel, there had not been during all the days of the kings of Israel and the kings of Juda,

And the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep the passover to the Lord your God, as it is written in the book of this covenant.
