Therefore thus saith the Lord: Thy wife shall be a prostitute in the city; and thy sons and thy daughters shall fall by the sword; and thy land shall be measured out with a line; and thou shalt die in a polluted land; and Israel shall be carried captive from his land.

Διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει Κύριος, ἡ γυνή σου ἐν τῇ πόλει πορνεύσει, καὶ οἱ υἱοί σου καὶ αἱ θυγατέρες σου ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ πεσοῦνται, καὶ ἡ γῆ σου ἐν σχοινίῳ καταμετρηθήσεται, καὶ σὺ ἐν γῇ ἀκαθάρτῳ τελευτήσεις, ὁ δὲ Ἰσραὴλ αἰχμάλωτος ἀχθήσεται ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς αὐτοῦ· οὕτως ἔδειξέ μοι Κύριος Κύριος.
