Deuteronomy 17:16

Septuagint · public domain
Thomson 1808
Because he is not to multiply cavalry for himself, he must not even cause his people to go back to Egypt; in order that he may not multiply his cavalry, the Lord indeed hath said, You shall not henceforth return that way any more.
Brenton 1851
For he shall not multiply to himself horses, and he shall by no means turn the people back to Egypt, lest he should multiply to himself horses; for the Lord said, Ye shall not any more turn back by that way.
