Isaiah 27:11

And after a time there will be no verdure in it, by reason of its being parched up. (p) O ye women who are coming from a goddess, attend! For this is not a people who have understanding; therefore He Who made them will not have pity on them; nor will He Who formed them shew them any favour.

And after a time there shall be in it no green thing because of the grass being parched. Come hither, ye women that come from a sight; for it is a people of no understanding; therefore he that made them shall have no pity upon them, and he that formed them shall have no mercy upon them.
