Jeremiah 47:3

At the sound of his impetuous onset; at the armour of his infantry; at the rushing of his chariots; the rumbling of his wheels; fathers looked not back on their children, by reason of the feebleness of their hands.

and the Lord has done it; because ye sinned against him, and hearkened not to his voice.
