and Abessalom hath made his escape. Then the servant who stood sentinel raised his eyes, and looked, and lo, many people were coming down the side of the mountain by the way behind him, whereupon the sentinel came, and told the king, saying, I have seen many people coming by the way of Oronen, from the side of the mountain.
