Ezekiel 34:8

As I live, saith the Lord, Because My flock is become a prey, and My sheep are become meat for all the wild beasts of the field, beyond what they would be were there no shepherds; and the shepherds have not looked out for My sheep, and the shepherds have fed themselves and have not tended My sheep;
