Isaiah 63:11

though He remembered the days of old. O! where is He who caused the shepherd of His flock to come up out of the sea? Where is He, who put His Holy Spirit in them? That glorious arm of His which led Moses by the right hand? He forced back the water from before Him, to make Himself an everlasting name.
