And Igabes called on the God of Israel, and said, If Thou wilt bless me with blessings and enlarge my borders, let Thy hand be with me, and give me knowledge that I may not debase myself. Accordingly God gave him all that he asked.

And Igabes called on the God of Israel, saying, O that thou wouldest indeed bless me, and enlarge my coasts, and that thy hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest make me know that thou wilt not grieve me! And God granted him all that he asked.

Καὶ ἐπεκαλέσατο Ἰγαβὴς τὸν Θεὸν Ἰσραὴλ, λέγων, ἐὰν εὐλογῶν εὐλογήσῃς με, καὶ πληθύνῃς τὰ ὅριά μου, καὶ ᾖ ἡ χείρ σου μετʼ ἐμοῦ, καὶ ποιήσῃς γνῶσιν τοῦ μὴ ταπεινῶσαί με· καὶ ἐπήγαγεν ὁ Θεὸς πάντα ὅσα ᾐτήσατο.
