Καὶ ἐγενήθη καθὼς ἤκουσε Χιρὰμ τῶν λόγων Σαλωμὼν, ἐχάρη σφόδρα, καὶ εἶπεν, εὐλογητὸς ὁ Θεὸς σήμερον, ὃς ἔδωκε τῷ Δαυὶδ υἱὸν φρόνιμον ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν τὸν πολὺν τοῦτον.
