Samaias the prophet went to Roboam and to the chiefs of Juda who were assembled at Jerusalem for fear of Sousakim, and said to them, Thus saith the Lord, You have left me, therefore I will leave you in the hands of Sousakim.

Καὶ Σαμαίας ὁ προφήτης ἦλθε πρὸς Ῥοβοὰμ, καὶ πρὸς τοὺς ἄρχοντας Ἰούδα τοὺς συναχθέντας εἰς Ἱερουσαλὴμ ἀπὸ προσώπου Σουσακὶμ, καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς, οὕτως εἶπε Κύριος, ὑμεῖς ἐγκατελίπετέ με, καὶ ἐγὼ ἐγκαταλείψω ὑμᾶς ἐν χειρὶ Σουσακίμ.
