Καὶ ἔθηκε τὸ γλυπτὸν, τὸ χωνευτὸν, εἰκόνα ἣν ἐποίησεν ἐν οἴκῳ Θεοῦ, οὗ εἶπε Θεὸς πρὸς Δαυὶδ καὶ πρὸς Σαλωμὼν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ, ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τούτῳ καὶ Ἱερουσαλὴμ ἣν ἐξελεξάμην ἐκ πασῶν φυλῶν Ἰσραὴλ, θήσω τὸ ὄνομά μου εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα.
