Καὶ ἔθετο Δανιὴλ εἰς τὴν καρδίαν αὐτοῦ, ὡς οὐ μὴ ἁλισγηθῇ ἐν τῇ τραπέζῃ τοῦ βασιλέως, καὶ ἐν τῷ οἴνῳ ἀπὸ τοῦ ποτοῦ αὐτοῦ· καὶ ἠξίωσε τὸν ἀρχιευνοῦχον, ὡς οὐ μὴ ἁλισγηθῇ.
