Ἐὰν δὲ αἰτήσῃ τις παρὰ τοῦ πλησίον, καὶ συντριβῇ ἢ ἀποθάνῃ ἢ αἰχμάλωτον γένηται, ὁ δὲ κύριος μὴ ᾖ μετʼ αὐτοῦ, ἀποτίσει.
