Οὐδὲ πρὸς λαοὺς πολλοὺς ἀλλοφώνους ἢ ἀλλογλώσσους, οὐδὲ στιβαροὺς τῇ γλωσσῃ ὄντας, ὧν οὐκ ἀκούσῃ τοὺς λόγους· καὶ εἰ πρὸς τοιούτους ἐξαπέστειλά σε, οὗτοι ἂν εἰσήκουσάν σου.
