Joshua 13:15

Now this was the distribution which Moses made to the children of Israel at Araboth-Moab, on the border of the Jordan, over against Jericho.— To the tribe of Reuben, according to their communities, Moses gave and these were their borders:

And Moses gave the land to the tribe of Ruben according to their families.
