ThomsonSpeak to the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a woman hath conceived, and brought forth a male, she shall be unclean seven days. During her days of separation for her lying in she shall be unclean.
BrentonSpeak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, Whatsoever woman shall have conceived and born a male child shall be unclean seven days, she shall be unclean according to the days of separation for her monthly courses.

Thomsonand continue thirty-three days in her impurity. She shall not touch anything that is hallowed, nor come to the sanctuary, until the days of her purification be completed.
BrentonAnd for thirty-three days she shall continue in her unclean blood; she shall touch nothing holy, and shall not enter the sanctuary, until the days of her purification be fulfilled.
GreekΚαὶ τριάκοντα καὶ τρεῖς ἡμέρας καθήσεται ἐν αἵματι ἀκαθάρτῳ αὐτῆς· παντὸς ἁγίου οὐξ ἅψεται, καὶ εἰς τὸ ἁγιαστήριον οὐκ εἰσελεύσεται, ἕως ἂν πληρωθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι καθάρσεως αὐτῆς.

ThomsonBut if she hath brought forth a female, she shall be unclean twice seven days for her lying in, and shall continue sixty-six days in her impurity.
BrentonBut if she should have born a female child, then she shall be unclean twice seven days, according to the time of her monthly courses; and for sixty-six days shall she remain in her unclean blood.
GreekἘὰν δὲ θῆλυ τέκῃ, καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται δὶς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας, κατὰ τὴν ἄφεδρον αὐτῆς· καὶ ἑξήκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ ἓξ καθεσθήσεται ἐν αἵματι ἀκαθάρτῳ αὐτῆς.

ThomsonAnd when the days of her purification are completed, either for a son or a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year, without blemish, for a whole burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony, to the priest,
BrentonAnd when the days of her purification shall have been fulfilled for a son or a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of a year old without blemish for a whole-burnt-offering, and a young pigeon or turtle-dove for a sin-offering to the door of the tabernacle of witness, to the priest.
GreekΚαὶ ὅταν ἀναπληρωθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι καθάρσεως αὐτῆς ἐφʼ υἱῷ ἢ ἐπὶ θυγατρι, προσοίσει ἀμνὸν ἐνιαύσιον ἄμωμον εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα, καὶ νοσσὸν περιστερᾶς ἢ τρυγόνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, πρὸς τὸν ἱερέα.

Thomsonand present it before the Lord. And the priest shall make atonement for her, and purify her from the issue of her blood. This is the law touching her who beareth a male or a female child.
BrentonAnd he shall present it before the Lord, and the priest shall make atonement for her, and shall purge her from the fountain of her blood; this is the law of her who bears a male or a female.
GreekΚαὶ προσοίσει αὐτὸν ἔναντι Κυρίου· καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεὺς, καὶ καθαριεῖ αὐτὴν ἀπὸ τῆς πηγῆς τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῆς· οὗτος ὁ νόμος τῆς τικτούσης ἄρσεν ἢ θῆλυ.

BrentonAnd if she cannot afford a lamb, then shall she take two turtle-doves or two young pigeons, one for a whole-burnt-offering, and one for a sin-offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be purified.
GreekἘὰν δὲ μὴ εὑρίσκῃ ἡ χεὶρ αὐτῆς τὸ ἱκανὸν εἰς ἀμνὸν, καὶ λήψεται δύο τρυγόνας ἢ δύο νοσσοὺς περιστερῶν, μίαν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα, καὶ μίαν περὶ ἁμαρτίας· καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεὺς, καὶ καθαρισθήσεται.
