Leviticus 4:17

and the priest shall dip his finger into some of the blood of the bull and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord in front of the holy veil, and shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of compound incense which is before the Lord in the tabernacle of the testimony.

And the priest shall dip his finger into some of the blood of the calf, and shall sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.
