Leviticus 6:15

Having taken from it his handful of the flour of the sacrifice, with the oil of it, and all the frankincense which is on the sacrifice, he shall lay this memorial of it on the altar as an offering of homage, a smell of fragrance for the Lord.

The anointed priest who is in his place, one of his sons, shall offer it: it is a perpetual statute, it shall all be consumed.
