Numbers 32:2

and the children of Gad, had a great multitude of cattle, and having taken a view of the country of Jazer, and the region of Galaad, and seen that it was a place fit for stock, the Reubenites and the Gadites came to Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and to the chiefs of the congregation and said,

and the children of Ruben and the children of Gad came, and spoke to Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and to the princes of the congregation, saying,
