Ezekiel 37:19

Then thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord: Behold I will take the tribe of Joseph which is administered by Ephraim and the tribes of Israel which adhere to him, and add them to the tribe of Juda, and they shall be one sceptre in the hand of Juda.
